Room could absolutely use a better cleaning job. But hot breakfast is nice and complimentary and location is very close to QC headquarters.
An alarm waked us and the baby up 5 a.m. non stopping. Called front desk and I was told they don't know whats on the nightstand or why it alarms. The breakfast and service was good.

Super friendly staff all around! We had a 2 queen room - it was a little tight but ok for us since there were only 2 of us. Room was clean and quiet. Seems like most people were staying on the 4th floor and lots of families with little ones. Only one elevator but fortunately, it worked pretty well without too much wait. Breakfast is really good - wonderful variety and they change it a little daily so you don't feel like you're eating the same thing every day.
