In the middle of the night, an alarm started blaring from the room phone even though I hadn't set one. There were no instructions or warnings about it anywhere. When I unplugged the phone to stop the noise, the front desk clerk lost their mind. They started screaming at me, asking how they’d reach me in case of a fire, and completely refused to listen to my side of the story.
I recently stayed at this Hyatt House for a work event, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating. One major issue is that the property does not have elevators. I was placed on the second floor, which requires carrying luggage up and down a full flight of stairs. When it was time to check out, I asked the front desk staff member around 7 AM if someone could assist me with bringing my suitcase downstairs. I had to leave within 20 minutes to get to work.
