Exactly what we needed to make the trip to the airport the next day easy. Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, lovely, well appointed rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

After 3 days of no room service and requesting towels, coffee, etc., and requesting for 3 days...brought it all down to the front desk. Disappointing...next trip to Pittsburgh will not be staying here.

The room above our floor is making noises all night. Made a few calls to front desk, but nothing happened. After the initial review comment, it is much better the next day. Thanks for the prompt review and feedback.
