Hello I just got done booking with Hyatt Hotel and I can tell you it was amazing. As a guest, Hospitality to me means everything, ADI and Thelma definitely provided that. Breakfast and room service was great aswell.

The room itself is good. The standard room is actually a suite that includes a living area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator. However, there is no elevator, which is absolutely absurd for a $200 hotel. As a result, this property is not suitable for travelers with heavy luggage or for those who need a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

Hyatt house = Hidden fees, hidden fees, hidden fees!!. I checked in at 9:30pm and wasn’t scheduled to be here but 14 hours. They charged a whopping $250 security fee, $20 for parking and I’m scared to turn on the water or flush the toilet because there is probably a charge for that. Hyatt house is truly the spirit airlines of hotel chains . Trumped up charges for sure. Then I asked if I could have a one hour late check out. No . Well below Hyatt standard. Or maybe that’s just the new standard. I write this as genuine feedback but their team really needs some training on basic courtesy and kindness. I checked in at 8pm tired from traveling all day with 3kids. Two bedroom suite. Lobby si a quite deceiving because the rooms are Run down, low quality everything (from shower curtain to toiletries, bedding, windows tv everything).
