Very concerning experience. The first room was missing the top latch, which was a safety concern. Upon exiting the elevator, we smelled something like human feces. They upgraded us to a suite, and we found damaged furniture and walls when we entered the room. We could not stay and left without sleeping.
Whoever just helped my In-laws get their room straightened out, thank you!! There was an issue with the room they booked on the app/website but they sorted it out and upgraded them for their troubles. I'm sure that's not always possible but we are so grateful. 🙏🏼
