Bed was highly uncomfortable. Pillows are a joke. Service was disinterested and unfriendly. AC worked well. So did the ice maker. Breakfast was pretty stand out and delicious.
I travel for work and stay at many hotels across the country. Counting last year and this year I have close to 200 days at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, room service was always on time and did a great job. For the price, if you’re looking for an extended stay hotel I would absolutely recommend this location. If you’re working at Reston hospital (like I was), the location is perfect and there are a ton of restaurants in a close distance and a shopping center filled with cafes and restaurants within walking dist... read more
