My room was nice, clean, and a cool temperature on arrival. Spacious and accommodating. My complaints are I booked this hotel for two reasons, it advertised shuttle rides to the airport and breakfast. Turns out there shuttle rides are only offered during specific hours during the week and no weekends at all. So my plane landed later than it was supposed to, at 430pm and no shuttle was available, then when I was getting ready leave I found out that they don't have shuttle on Saturday and Sundays. No airport shuttle on the weekends? Totally unacceptable! I can understand reduced service or booking in advance, but calling yourself an airport hotel without transit to/from the airport is farcical. Y’all need to do better.
Nice comfortable place to stay with friendly and efficient people working there.
