We had a good stay at Hyatt House Augusta / Downtown. The hotel is in a convenient location, though the area feels a little rough around the edges. Our room was solid—comfortable and clean, though not particularly fancy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was quite good. We did run into an issue with our key card at check-out and were locked out, and the front desk couldn’t resolve it, but housekeeping was able to assist, so it wasn’t a major problem.
