Slowest elevators I’ve ever seen!! And it’s too hot in the lobby, elevators and the room. There were several guests complaining about the service too.
During my visit Charlie, front desk agent was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went beyond my expectation to make my stay a great experience. I will definitely come back on my next vacation.
