This was nice new found in Anchorage. Living in Alaska I come thru Anchorage every month and this was my first stay here. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. I wish, however, the hotel would place sign on the road to direct you. It was not an easy find especially with all the snow piled up. Overall a great stay.

Hello, I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel 1/17/2026, which was booked to celebrate my son’s eighth birthday. This was a particularly meaningful occasion for our family. My son had his seventh birthday at your hotel as well, and after speaking honestly with your staff by phone when reserving the room, I was told that hosting his birthday celebration about a month earlier would be acceptable. I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at the Hyatt House Anchorage. For a brand that usually prides itself on being a "home away from home," this experience was a to ​We stayed for three days and two nights, and the housekeeping staff finally came by, but all they did was empty the trash. ​The bathroom was never cleaned. * The coffee was never refilled. Who wants to wake up on their second morning and realize they have to go hunt down their own coffee pods because the staff couldn't be bothered to do a basic restock? ... read more
