This Hyatt House was the best breakfast of any Hyatt House I ever reviewed. The service was great and let me upgrade to corner room before I left. The corner room was better than most Regencies and Grands in the Hyatt chain. The location is great for view but is overwhelming for noise. Being next to 2 main roads opens up the view but you may need fans and earplugs to take the noise. Overall, since view is excellent, the noise is acceptable. The pool was clean and warm. This was nice new found in Anchorage. Living in Alaska I come thru Anchorage every month and this was my first stay here. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. I wish, however, the hotel would place sign on the road to direct you. It was not an easy find especially with all the snow piled up. Overall a great stay.
