While I would give location only 4/5 because I didn't find restaurants or food joints nearby. Nearest food joints would be approximately 12 miles or so. But the hotel food is class , u wouldn't wanna miss the food in the hotel..the waiters truly know what is customer service is all about...being a frequent traveler and staying at varitey of hotel at various states I would say the best customer service so far is this place. The walls are thin and I could hear the conversations in the room next to me. The Starbucks in the hotel doesn't know how to make mixed drinks and the restaurant food was basic.
would have given one star but the guy at the front was really nice. not a great place though. our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it, and when we told the front desk about it, they said they don’t do fitted sheets, just flat ones. i travel extremely often and have never encountered that, not even at one star motels and certainly not at other hyatt regencies. at first, i didn’t think it would be a big deal, but several times in the night the sheet got displaced and my feet would end up on the bare mattress. the water pressu... read more
The man at the front desk was incredibly nice, the lobby was very well kept, and the outdoor sitting area was beautiful. The rooms were set up very thoughtfully, they were nice and clean (very clean!), the beds and pillows were some of the best I've experienced at a hotel (as someone who has had to stay at over 15 this year alone). My only complaint is the shower water pressure was very weak.
Doesn't have Netflix and any good streaming channels and the hotel looks old. The location is and with no near by food or shopping
