I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Deerfield for one night with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, with several areas appearing poorly wiped or overlooked. Both the bathtub and sink were clogged, and the carpet looked dirty and outdated. I fortunately found a clean, comfortable room at the Hyatt Regency Deerfield after a long day of travel. While not close to O’Hare, this was the closest hotel I could find with an available room when severe weather in the area caused me to have an unexpected overnight layover in Chicago. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at my late check-in. Parts of the hotel like the hallways to guest rooms are dated and need a refresh. My room was great though.
