We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric. The amenities are very new. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi is very relaxing.

Lovely simple, but well placed hotel. Relaxed, but not basic. Stand out staff! Worlds nicest housekeeper.

When I arranged a late check-out, there was absolutely no mention—neither on the hotel's website nor at the time of check-in—that a $100 fee applied; even when the hotel called the room, nothing was said, yet I was charged $100 upon checking out. The manager, Donald Kim, had a terrible attitude; when I pointed out that charging $100 without prior explanation was unacceptable, she threatened that if I said another word, she would charge me the full amount instead of just the $100. An awful hotel with awful service

We spent a week here and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of the International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, and of course, Waikiki Beach. There are also tons of great restaurants nearby including the famous Marugame Udon. Our favorites were the two poke places, Kai Poke and Poke Fix Hawaii. Four nights here with an infant. Good location and polite staff, but we had housekeeping problems in both rooms we were assigned. In our first room (904) we found small toy pieces on the floor, one of which ended up in our baby’s mouth. That room also has exterior mechanical equipment directly outside the window running continuously all night with feeling the sound shaking on the glass, and we lost two full nights of sleep before being moved.
