It's hard to complain about a location so close to Waikiki Beach. What makes this spot even better is all the charming shops and restaurants in direct proximity from the hotel. Lounge and reception is cleverly, but initially confusingly, located above from the hustle and bustle of the ground level. The bellhop staff are on the ground level but are very attentive at providing guests directions to reception. Hyatt Centric Waikiki was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern, and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered from the concierge and front desk to maintenance and housekeeping was friendly, helpful, and amazing.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall, we were really happy with our experience. The pool was excellent, we had a wonderful day and a very good night’s sleep, and the staff were also very kind and welcoming. This is why I gave the hotel good ratings overall. However, there is one thing I really feel the need to mention. I noticed a betta fish at the reception, kept in a very small bowl and seemingly used as decoration. Loved our stay! Staff are incredibly kind, and helpful. They provided amazing recommendations for where I could propose given the busy nature of Waikiki , and even made us a beautiful basket and a personal hand written card. Mika and Bryce you’re the best!
