직원은 친절했습니다. 방도 깔끔하니 괜찮았습니다. 그런데 고층 킹베드방이 뷰가 참... 뷰보고 기분이 안좋았습니다. 보통 고층은 시티든 뭐든 높은곳에서 아래를 보고싶어서 선택한건데, 그어떤 리뷰사진을 봐도 이런방이 있다는건 못봤습니다. 엘레베이터 2번이나 타서 가는 고층방에 이런 방을 왜 껴놓은건지 이해가안갔습니다. 뷰가 답답한게 싫으신 분들은 참고하세요. 이미 짐풀고 일행은 손발도 씻었기때문에, 방바꿔달란말은 안했는데, 복불복으로 이런방이 걸리는 거라면 기왕 여행오는거 차라리 돈더주고 다른 숙소를 이용할것같습니다. 참고로 21층입니다. + 21층이라 조용한건 좋았습니다. 직원분들은 항상 친절했습니다.

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are clean and quiet and nicely appointed.. The lobby is a great area to chill. But it is the front desk and service here in general that make it the gold standard! Well donr Hyatt centric Waikiki!

Pros - large room, very clean, large windows, decent mountain view - good location but with some street noise at night. - microwaves in common area, with filtered water throughout the hotel - bathrooms are decent size, and again clean and modern with Japanese bidet/toilet - appreciate the late checkout Cons - Shower only in a “deluxe “ room, and request for a room with a bathtub was declined. - limited services on the property - shallow pool, but you are still quite close to the ocean - onsite parking lot is poorly designed ... read more

It was a wonderful experience using Costco Travel to book the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach. I've stayed at other hotels in Waikiki before, but considering the customer service from Costco Travel and the price, it's hard to beat. Customer service at Hyatt Centric was great. Every question was answered, and every accommodation was met. We arrived early in the afternoon, before our official check-in time, and the room was already ready for us.
