⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with my stay at Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia. Before arriving, I had already paid in full for a 3-night stay through a third-party booking provider. Check-in went smoothly, and the room itself was excellent. However, the following day I reviewed my credit card transactions and discovered that the hotel had charged me the full amount of my stay ($1,146.87) again during check-in without my authorization. Very helpful front desk staff. We were very early checking in. Was offered a few options. Could of stored bags or for $15 we could change room to a corner room and go there straight away. Was well worth the $15

Staying in Philly for two nights over a weekend for work, I enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Centric. Here's why. 1) Check-In: When you walk inside past the mural, take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor. Here, you'll find the lobby. Three staff were behind computers checking in guests. Bottom line, we would not hesitate returning to the Hyatt Centric or recommending it to friends. Our family had 3 room and stayed at for 10 days. So, we had plenty of time at the hotel. The rooms were all spotless and for us, had comfortable beds. There was plenty of space in the rooms and we enjoyed the interior design. While we were not on vacation, having the Hyatt as a home base felt like a mini oasis to our daily routine.
