Just plain rude.
I've never had any problems with Hy-Vee East pharmacy until today. Unfortunately, I'm changing my 5 star review to a one star due to the poor customer service I received. The drive thru is always closed at Hy-Vee East pharmacy. For convenience, I called to have an Rx sent to the location across from the hospital. The man who answered at Hy-Vee East was short with me but said he'd take care of it. The next day I got a text alert that the Rx was filled. Most of the time the service is very good and people who work the front are helpful and nice. I was surprised the other day when they mistakenly refilled the wrong prescriptions and did not refill two prescriptions that I needed. Mistakes happen , I get that .. but would have appreciated an apology as this meant an extra trip back.
