Was on hold with them, when the pharmacist picks up and says "We just literally walked in the door. Call us back in 5 minutes." Um? Not their fault for poor scheduling, however, don't be rude when someone calls during operating hours? Not to mention one of the techs who frequently checks me out is one of the least friendly people I've met. They have always been helpful and pleasant.
Always helpful and polite. They go above and beyond to get your medicine in a timely manner.
Not a pleasant experience. I just moved to this small town and had my prescriptions transferred to this Hy-Vee pharmacy. The young woman that checked me out was quite rude. No smile. Tossed my bag to me and walked away. The entire store is a bit like this. Even the manager avoided looking at me. Doesn't say much for the area.
Was told prescription would be in Saturday morming at 10am. Went Monday evening to pick up, to ve told they didnt have it in. Our dog's life depends on this medication. Will never go back to this pharmacy. No call, text or anything to say prescroption was not in as planned.
