It appears that the key 🔑 here, is to go early, before high traffic times for drive thru service. 😳 Had a great experience this time! The script was ready the evening of the same day it was called in for refill. Patrice was great 👍, no headaches or problems. Great to see improvement. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
Run as fast as you can from this pharmacy!! The negative reviews are truthful!! It's absolutely shameful.
Drive -thru timelines. After many years of coming to this pharmacy the drive up times is horrible. It has been going down hill in recent months This should be a -1. It should only take 3 min/ customer. If it is taking longer have the person park and come inside or have multiple people working the drive-thru. Usually if the drive-thru has a long line the inside is 2x as long based on my experiences. I know it can be better.
Never has the script complete. Long waits and inefficient. Always Understaffed. This is the second time they have screwed up a prescription. 45 minute wait for a ready prescription. No one should go here. Update. They still suck. F’d up another one. This place is horrible. Do not use if you don’t have to.
Horrible. Prescriptions are never ready, given days to prepare, never contact to tell you there is a delay, drugs not in stock, and most customers are as pissed as I am. Time to go somewhere else. This is a management problem. Staff is polite and courteous.
