Terrible people working in here. Rude. Have you in LINE for 1 hour to tell you that your stuff won't be ready for another 45 minutes and then threaten to call the police on you because you tell them you're going to wait out the window for it. They are a joke.

Hy-Vee Pharmacy is busy because they are professional. I plan accordingly. Go early in the day. Check in and go shop if not ready. Alternative? Walmart… NOooooooooo

Grace's smile is seriously the best. And all the staff is all pretty great and on it. I wish I could give it more than five stars, honestly. Grace is the best, in my opinion. She's always there when I am. I take care of my mom full time, so I'm there a lot, like at least a dozen times a month. But in all honesty all the staff are hard workers.

6-9-25 Made the mistake of getting in the drive thru lane today. Boxed in couldn't get out. The wait time is in the drive thru is ridiculous!!! 30 effing minutes later, done with this crap !!! It appears that the key here, is to go early, before high traffic times for drive thru service. Had a great experience this time! The script was ready the evening of the same day it was called in for refill. Patrice was great , no headaches or problems. Great to see improvement. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
