I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. The employees are just absolutely rude. Picked up a prescription last night prescribed by my doctor for a man my age , gave her my driver's license and my FSA card and she looks at me and says is this really you just absolutely the rudest most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with in all my years horrible
Terrible they have had prescriptions for me for too long that have gone unfilled. I've texted them due to problems hearing. I've gone there and spoke to four different people, all who reassured me that I had nothing to worry about which were all lies. I've had a friend call them to find out what was the problem. They lied again saying there's no problem and all my prescriptions would be delivered the next day. 😂 That didn't happen. Lied again. Wow. They've worked with my doctors and fought with my insurance company to ALWAYS get me the medicine I need. My favorite hy vee pharmacy!
I didn't catch her name, but the lady that answered the phone on Friday 12/15 at 6.46pm was very rude and condescending and interruptive. I used to work at Hy-Vee and knowing Hy-Vee's core values and standards I would expect better and more from their employees. She definitely needs better training on customer service. However when I asked to speak to a pharmacist, Jessica helped me and was very friendly and kind and helpful and I appreciate that.
