I have ni complaints about the staff or any of the actual people working at the pharmacy, but your automated phone service absolutely sucks. Your old system was way better and actually worked. I recently called in several prescription refills. 2 of them needed Dr. approval. I selected to have the pharmacy reach out to my Dr. This used to add an extra day to my wait time usually. The dude with glasses i heard always treats recovered drug addicts like crap I think his name is Seth or something like that I heard he rejected like 3 people emergency suboxone and one ended up in the hospital the next day even after confronting him hes a sick individual refuses to listen to doctors at all he just seems rude and full of it every time I talk to him when hes not working every one else seems super nice and relaxed
2Two weeks ago I transferred from Kroger, but I still don't have my meds. The Kroger near us closed and I said I'd better transfer to Hy Vee but it was a bad decision

Nice staff, quick service. They lost a star simply because the pin pad defaults to "accepted counseling," but they don't consistently ask if you have questions about the medication or offer any counseling at all.
