had to change my opinion. their female counter help is rude and poorly trained. they tell me to come in and get my neds, they are ready for pick-up, I get there and they say they don't have it. thiss has happened 8 times. i blew up at them. i pointed out it was in their 'to go' box, which they never checked. it was there. i can't afford lyft all the time to go back and forth. i asked it they would refund me the money i paid to come over and then go back empty handed. they said nothing. didn't even apologize for their mistake... read more
I picked up a prescription in the drive thru and was helped by Jean. My husband was in the driver's seat so he was speaking for me. After giving name and DOB, Jean asks for a phone number, which has never been asked before but we don't think anything of it. My husband gives his phone number, assuming it was for a fuel saver membership or something similar. Jean responds "Nope" in a rude tone and just stares at us. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you're needing an urgent medication.
review update; after not having my medication ready or in stock, they gave me a partial refill assuring me it wouldn’t cause any complications later on picking up the remainder amount before leaving for a business trip. Of course, when it came time to pick it up, that was not the story and I was the wrong party involved according to them. Not only did they screw that up, but when I got to Florida to go to work, my insurance declined my medication as they went ahead and billed me for the entire prescription even though they k... read more
I constantly get notifications saying that my prescriptions need refilled, but when I refill them online they get canceled over half the time and I am not notified in any way. One prescription they only gave me a partial fill and then refused to give me the remaining pills when I ran out. I was without my meds for three days because they said that it was just something I would have to work out with my doctor.
