I constantly get notifications saying that my prescriptions need refilled, but when I refill them online they get canceled over half the time and I am not notified in any way. One prescription they only gave me a partial fill and then refused to give me the remaining pills when I ran out. I was without my meds for three days because they said that it was just something I would have to work out with my doctor. Hyvee is the best is to get your pharmacy products the customer service is always really good I have a drive-thru and you can call if there's a wait in the line, it always goes really quickly and pharmacists are all very knowledgeable and help with any questions you might have
I want to take a minute to recognize Monica for outstanding customer service! My transaction involved multiple doctor/insurance provider calls before I left for vacation, and she made certain I was taken care of before leaving town. I appreciate her patience, thoroughness and positive demeanor!
