My family and I have never had a bad experience at this Hyvee Pharmacy all the years we’ve been coming here. The staff is usually so wonderful in person. My mom called the pharmacy because of a status glitch in her MyChart. She speaks broken English but you could definitely make out what she’s saying. Anyways she asked the worker (Amy) if she could check the status of her prescription and if it’s ready to which Amy responded with “I don’t know I didn’t get a name or birthday,” with a snarky tone. Ive been getting my medication filled there for years, and I get a lot filled. The staff normally are wonderful but recently there has been a huge turnover in staff and they cant seem to figure out my insurance or medication.
Always fast and courteous service.
I really like this pharmacy. Over a long period of time, they have gave me one on one help with questions, issues, concerns, you name it. If you are trying to find a main pharmacy to use, I think this a great choice for you, appreciate them
