I really like this pharmacy. Over a long period of time, they have gave me one on one help with questions, issues, concerns, you name it. If you are trying to find a main pharmacy to use, I think this a great choice for you, appreciate them
I had a bad experience with the Hy-Vee pharmacy yesterday Saturday May 31st! any way My doctor had filled a prescription I take on a day to day basis! I do take other medicines also! Anyway I went to pick up my prescription but was told I could not get the prescription because of my health insurance! This one medicine I have been having alot of trouble getting it filled most the time! But It partially has to do with my health insurance but also the amount I take on a day to day basis! Great service!!!
Pharmacy only had part of my medication. Was told the rest would be in the next day. After 2 days of being told this and worrying about runny out of my medication, had to call my provider and send it to a real pharmacy. Thought I would give them a try and made a mistake doing so.
