Every single time my father calls for help on his prescriptions the techs are so incredibly useless. They just spit out incorrect information without even looking up the patient. This is AGAIN delaying my dad getting his prescriptions. Are we training staff to just take a guess at what the answer is? It takes 30 seconds to look up the patient and give correct information. Edit: still haven't filled his prescriptions even though you said it would be an hour. Going on 3. Get it together.
It's the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They are always helpful in getting my husband's life-saving prescriptions renewed and filled from the University of Iowa Hospitals.
This is the only store that had my medication in stock, and my doctor called it over 3 hours before they closed. I called the pharmacy and the woman on the phone was incredibly friendly and said they would get it filled in 30-45 minutes. I had been out for a few days, so I am so appreciative they went above and beyond. The staff working the evening of 12/26 were tremendous!
