Recently had two prescriptions called in, 3 days later the prescription is still not filled. That is unacceptable. If you value prompt service from your pharmacy avoid the West Kimberly HyVee.
The pharmacy line was SLAMMED at 6pm on Tuesday but their small team of about 3 did a fantastic job at speed and friendliness and got us all through the line quickly. I was so impressed I never thought I would leave a review for a pharmacy before. I'm a regular here and get about 6 meds per month for my family here but have never been when it was this busy before. Incredible work by Jackie and the rest of the team at Hy-Vee West Davenport, Thank you guys!
Friendliest most hardest working pharmacy folks in town!
On New years Eve The older heavy set woman with glasses in the drop off Register was very rude. Laughing asking unworked related questions, asking customers personal business while the line grows ,then Wouldn't speak when asked simple questions. And allowed obvious friend of hers to cut a line of over a 12 people
Employees at this location can be very rude and condescending to customers.
