Friendliest most hardest working pharmacy folks in town!
On New years Eve The older heavy set woman with glasses in the drop off Register was very rude. Laughing asking unworked related questions, asking customers personal business while the line grows ,then Wouldn't speak when asked simple questions. And allowed obvious friend of hers to cut a line of over a 12 people
Employees at this location can be very rude and condescending to customers.
Avoid the drive thru. Waited in line for five cars or so, then when I got to the front, said it'll be ten minutes, why don't you drive around? When I said that's not convenient because I had to pick up my daughter before daycare closed they said, and I quote, "that's not my problem." I think they should be retrained to keep a civil tongue in their heads.
Dr. Called in meds, I never hear anything the rest of the day, so I call the next morning and they are out and they ordered it, and it should be there later in the day. We'll never hear anything, so the 3rd day I call @5pm and they say they still don't have it,and the will put an order in for it....well haven't you already done this? Just ridiculous service!
