My first bad review - what an honor. I’ve been using this pharmacy for probably 5-7 years and I have grown to dread my visits. I have one particular medication that they always seem to struggle with filling for whatever reason - I suspect it’s HyVee’s pharmacy software/system but I have been treated like such garbage that I might as well just blame the staff’s ability/willingness to do their work.
