If I could have given them a zero star I would have. Flowers were ordered, paid for, including delivery fee to be brought to my father's funeral. The arrangement showed up a day late. The funeral director showed the delivery driver that the date on the card was June 4th (correct date) and it was June 5th when delivered. The driver shrugged his shoulders and left. There's no getting a do-over on this sort of event.
