Katie in bakery dept. saved the day. I received a call the day before scheduled pickup from another store stating my cupcakes are not going to be ready on time for my daughter’s baby shower in the morning . In a panic I called Hy-Vee bakery ( Katie) in Independence and explained that I was in desperate need of 2 dozen customized cupcakes by following morning. Katie confirmed she could have them done.
