My lovely boyfriend buys me (gets delivered) beautiful flowers on almost every holiday. This time, the flowers were cut too soon, or incorrectly, and they just immediately started to die. The delivery guy was great. The flowers were great for one day.

Tried to have flowers delivered and instructed to have any calls directed to me (the purchaser) and that information was not used so the flowers were never delivered on the day specified. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the most important information never relayed to the delivery driver. VERY disappointed to have disappointed my mother (the recipient of the flowers).

I ordered 3 balloon bouquets for my daughter’s surprise 40th birthday from the floral department for approximately $40.00. I picked them up at about 4:00 pm on 5-13-2022, the day of her party, and by 6:00 pm that afternoon one of the Mylar balloons was completely deflated with the 2 latex balloons that were with it not far behind. The party hadn’t even started yet. The other bouquet also had a large Mylar and 2 latex balloons and the latex balloons lost enough helium that they were no longer “big and colorful”.
