Twice we've had condolence bouquets of "fresh" flowers delivered from this grocery store (a florist they're NOT!) These were actually from Chewy.com when we'd lost a beloved pet. So, I am guessing that because the sender is a corporation, Hy-vee's employee assumes they can send wilted (as in Dead) freesias and carnations. Not just slightly wilted. And NOT because of cold weather (it was 68°F today!) These were Dead. Like my sweet dog. And not once. TWICE. 2 for 2. So, I would never consider sending flowers with these bozos.
They helped me today with a last minute order. The two florists that helped me were efficient, organized, and courteous. The flowers looked great!
Awesome service. They personally delivered the flowers to the person. They could have just took them to the service desk, but walked the store to personally deliver them to her
You guys literally could not have showed up at a better time. I wasn’t sure if you guys would make the short time frame I gave but you did and it was absolutely perfect. I’m not sure who the guy was that delivered them but you’re absolutely awesome! Thank you so much!
I ordered flowers a week in advance through FTD on Valentine's Day. Hyvee was the florist FTD chose to use. 1:58PM Today: I get a text message from doordash about someone going to pick up my order. 2:26PM I get another message saying that my doordash order has been canceled and to contact the local florist.
