Awesome service. They personally delivered the flowers to the person. They could have just took them to the service desk, but walked the store to personally deliver them to her

You guys literally could not have showed up at a better time. I wasn’t sure if you guys would make the short time frame I gave but you did and it was absolutely perfect. I’m not sure who the guy was that delivered them but you’re absolutely awesome! Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers a week in advance through FTD on Valentine's Day. Hyvee was the florist FTD chose to use. 1:58PM Today: I get a text message from doordash about someone going to pick up my order. 2:26PM I get another message saying that my doordash order has been canceled and to contact the local florist. I'm at work, so I can't just drop everything to waste time on a call to find out what is going on. 2:50PM The frustration builds, so I call the florist and am on hold for most of the call.
