I order a flower arrangement online for delivery to a business across the street from the store. My total was $75.35 which was ok at first. Ordering was easy, but I didn't get no notifications. I had to call the store to make sure they got the order, the associate wasn't very friendly. The arrangement does look very nice. When the delivery person delivered the flowers I was told they walked in sat it on the counter and left. Twice we've had condolence bouquets of "fresh" flowers delivered from this grocery store (a florist they're NOT!) These were actually from Chewy.com when we'd lost a beloved pet. So, I am guessing that because the sender is a corporation, Hy-vee's employee assumes they can send wilted (as in Dead) freesias and carnations. Not just slightly wilted. And NOT because of cold weather (it was 68°F today!) These were Dead. Like my sweet dog. And not once. TWICE. 2 for 2. So, I would never consider sending flowers with these bozos.

They helped me today with a last minute order. The two florists that helped me were efficient, organized, and courteous. The flowers looked great!
Awesome service. They personally delivered the flowers to the person. They could have just took them to the service desk, but walked the store to personally deliver them to her
