Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on April 24 for delivery on April 26. The vase looked like a glass cookie jar with a wide mouth. Some flowers looked old and drooped. The carnations were clustered and dropped. The single white rose had brown areas. It cost $118 with tax. It looked pretty sloppy.
For my 26th wedding anniversary, I requested an Artisan Design picked by the florist with my wife's favorite flowers... And they handpicked a gorgeous custom design that exceeded my expectations!!! Same day delivery too!
Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and picked it up last night. I'm pretty disappointed with it. I paid $80 for it and it just looked bad. They replaced the blue bell looking flowers with these bluish purple clustered flowers (sorry I don't know the name of flowers). I understand that they can't guarantee all flowers will be available, but these really clashed with the colors of the other flowers. I've used Hy-Vee florist at this location for years. Always quality flowers at reasonable prices, excellent on time delivery. Friendly helpful service. Can't go wrong with this location.
Living out of town but still having many friends and family in Springfield, I often need flowers. I don’t use anyone but HyVee anymore, so when I needed flowers for a friend’s funeral, I called the East Sunshine store. I spoke to Riley, who was kind, compassionate and professional.
