Okay hear me out: There was a little bit of a mix up with the flowers I ordered for my mom this am, long story short they were nowhere to be found. So I called Hyvee floral and spoke with Alexis the floral manager, she was very kind, apologetic and respectful. She then made a new arrangement and delivered it personally in a timely manner to my mom’s work. Adam, the store manager was also very wonderful on the phone. 5 stars because professionalism, respect and kindness goes a long way. Thank you!! 🙏
The girls in the floral always seem to have a genuinely friendly attitude. They always make sure the order looks carefully put together too. At least, that's been my experience.
