My friend wasn't feeling well, so I sent her some flowers to brighten her day. The arrangement was gorgeous and she loved it!
Was not refunded delivery fee after my daughter ended up picking up what was supposed to be a surprise. The delivery was never made, neither of us were contacted. When I called, the driver told the employee that she wasn't home which wasn't true. When it was picked up, she was told they don't refund delivery fees because they "could have delivered it." Doesn't matter. They didn't in the first place, I had to call or who knows what would've happened, and then she got it without delivery. Do the right thing. Not using them aga... read more
Gorgeous roses that stayed fresh for over a week.
Rachel did my wedding flowers and they were perfect. I definitely recommend HyVee Floral!
Terrible service. Couldn't get the facts straight and they showed no interest in trying to resolve...all they cared about was they were right...which they weren't. End result was a disappointed student...away from home and a livid dad. Epic fail Hy-Vee Floral!
