I asked for a tree shaped bouquet similar to the FTD arrangement I named, and specifically asked for white lilies, red roses, and green pompom mums with pine leaves. They said they didn’t do FTD arrangements but could look it up and do something similar. What we got was carnations and white mums. We were very disappointed. If they didn’t have the flowers I requested they should have called. As an update- I called and they gave me a refund on the bouquet. Still disappointed in the bouquet but glad they refunded it.
Never was delivered for Mother’s Day
Make you self check and over charges you. Then you have to go to customer service and wait in another line. Hyvee used to be a great place. Now they are no better than Walmart.
I ordered two different vases of flowers for my step-grandmas funeral last year and I was sorely disappointed with one of them. One was gorgeous and Is the only reason they get two stars and not one. But my grandpa wanted a floral arrangement with two dozen red roses displayed as the centerpiece of the funeral. I told them it would be the centerpiece of the funeral and I told them to use different greeneries and white flowers to fill.
