Went through the wash on 7/15 and the last nozzle on the spray arm was broken. Leading to water-main levels of pressure being blasted at our car, leading to several chips in the paint. No way to stop the wash. No one monitoring the washes to see it and stop it for us. Filed an incident report and tried to get it fixed. They are claiming they aren’t liable for the faulty machine damaging my car. Extremely frustrating and going to lead to us no longer shopping at HyVee.
Great car wash that doesn’t mess up your paint like typical car washes.
