My favorite place to get groceries, with the best customer service by far! I just left Hy-Vee on Agency during one of their busiest times (a few days before Christmas), and their employees were going above and beyond to see that everyone got what they needed and out the door efficiently. I definitely noticed how helpful and friendly each employee was, as they were surrounded by an absolute mad rush of people getting their last minute items before the holidays. Thank you, Hy-Vee!!
Recently I had several disappointing experiences at Hy-Vee and had contacted the Store. Brent Heicy contacted me and listened to my experiences with the store. He understood how disappointed I was with Hy-Vee's customer service. Today I received a hand written Thank You card from Brent and thanking me for contacting him and explaining to me his expectations on front end customers. I really appreciate Brent taking the time to listen to one of his customers. I will continue to shop at Hy-Vee in the future.

You need to have your cashiers checking the saver card on sale purchases cuz it isn't ringing up the sale savings price. 3rd time this has happened. You guys are aware of the problem so why isn't something being done about it. I shouldn't have to check every time I use the card. Yes my card is registered. Please fix this problem. This happens at both Hy vees. Maybe you should alert the customers!
A huge " shout out " to Nicole in the bakery!!!! She has decorated several cakes for me in the last few months ( even on short notice ) and they have all been AMAZING!!!! Thank you thank you thank you����������� I will ( and have ) recommend the Hy-Vee Bakery to all my friends & family.
Please teach your baggers how to properly bag groceries and properly put them in the cart. Loading my bags into my car and half of them had fallen out of bags into bottom of cart. Two packages of donuts were under all my other groceries. If I wouldn't of been in a hurry I would of went back into to complain to management. Very dissapointed!
can't get on web page to upload coupon onto my card its been doing this for a week or more.
