At 6:00 pm we went to HyVee to pick up our 100 cupcakes and sheet cake for a birthday party and the order was not to be found anywhere. Upon searching for the order it had been put in the next day file. The 2 girls in the bakery assisted us with trying to figure out how this was going to happen in 1 hr. The store manager called in a cake baker and she transferred the image on the sheet cake and had all the cupcakes made and he delivered them by 7:00 pm!!! Not that's amazing!!! Great service no more Wal-Mart for me. Great prices and service is outstanding
On one trip shopping there with my two young kids, as soon as we got inside- they, of course, had to go use the restroom. There was an employee inside the restrooms cleaning and she went out of her way to help me. She cleaned up the infant changing table and even got a stool so I could reach it better (short people problems). She was SO friendly.
