I love my hy vee for having what I need or ordering it on the rare occasion they don't!! There are always helpful people in the store. But my favorite is being able to bake this morning instead of shop and still having my kitchen restocked by the hy vee delivery service!
I am a loyal customer of Hy-Vee and have not had one bad experience since I started needing a bit more assistance. The employees without fail are always kind and so happy to help. They go out of their way to help. Suffice it to say, I would have great difficulty getting a large amount of groceries to last a week or two without they're helpfulness in so many ways. It's a little bit more expensive than the other grocery stores, but the convenience of location and the wide variety of products makes it worth going to.
I recently went to pick up an Online order only to realize I had messed up and not submitted it. Even though I realized it was my fault, they were so friendly and helpful. They even offered to deliver it all the way to my house in Atlanta that night at no extra fee. After I resubmitted it, they called to make sure everything was ok with the order. Great customer service. I really appreciated it after a long day!

The store does fine, the gas/ convenience store not so much. New policy to combat drive offs is to inconvenience those not breaking the law. Pump purchases open your card up to skimmers and prepay inside negates the perks card. Not impressed, hoping I have enough gas to get to the next station.
