I completely spaced on ordering a birthday cake ahead of time. Called late in the morning, it was ready when I got off work at 5, and it was perfect. Employees are generally very helpful and friendly. You can find several items here that nowhere else in town sells. I do wish the thermostat was turned up a bit, though.
I LOVE watching my husband and stepdaughter get excited about eating fruit. We literally look forward to Hobgoblin grapes all year long. This is the kind of thing you can't find at Walmart or aldi's. But we've got them at Hy-Vee!!!
We use the Hy-Vee's kitchen a lot for catering for work. The manager and staff are phenomenal! Very friendly & easy to work with: they go above and beyond to make customers happy. Food is always great! Highly recommend!!!!

RecommendedI ordered several trays from this store for a graduation party. I came in the store in a hurry and a very nice man walked me to the different departments helping me get all the items I ordered. All trays & cake were fantastic. Thank you so much for making it so simple!
I want to personally thank the bakery staff for saving my wedding cake disaster. I ordered a wedding cake from a friend and it didn't turn out the way I expected I called HyVee at 11 at night explained the situation and they had a cake Ready for Me by 11 the next morning. without them I wouldn't have had a cake and I would have been very devastated as we were not having a reception just cake and cider. Thank you for your diligence. the cake was delicious and looked amazing.
i go to Hyvee pharmacy for my meds they take time to get to know the customers and also last month was the first time I ever brought sun flower seeds from the bulk section in the health mart section and I have to say for me never doing bulk products before that was pretty easy
