RecommendedI ordered several trays from this store for a graduation party. I came in the store in a hurry and a very nice man walked me to the different departments helping me get all the items I ordered. All trays & cake were fantastic. Thank you so much for making it so simple!
Low quality fruits , not worth the trip
Today 5-4-19 was there to get the cereal that was 5 for $5. They were out most of the kinds so asked if I could get a rain check. The woman said her boss told her no rain checks for the cereal. She said we should get more in tomorrow which is Sunday. I told her I lived 30 minutes away and couldn't get back tomorrow so that's why I needed a rain check. She said I dont know what to say. No where in the add does it say no rain checks. Not the first time they pull this eiather.
By far the most expensive grocery store in town, will not be returning. Sticker shock everywhere. Go to Woodman's instead
I don’t know who the genius is at Hy-Vee corporate who decided to change up the Market Grille but it sucks. They have essentially turned this into a McDonalds style fast food restaurant. No more flat bread pizzas (that were excellent) and the service stinks along with the layout of the eating area. I’ll never spend another dime here as there are better eating options readily available. Such a shame.

All I did was show her a picture on Pinterest for an idea of what I wanted, with a little bit of my own ideas added and she surpassed all of my expectations! If you're looking for your dream wedding cake at a reasonable price, I would reccomend Rebecca at Hyvee on Dodge! Thanks again, Rebecca! 😁
RecommendedThis store and its staff are awesome. They help the Food Bank Of Iowa Mobile Food Pantry at our church every 3 months by letting us use their grocery carts free of charge. They have donated flowers for the Loving Spencer project handing flowers out at our towns care facilities. Thanks for all you do !

I’m so disappointed to write this, but it looks like we will go else where for our floral arrangements. I’ve always been impressed by Hy-Vee’s selection and quality, but since moving to Altoona we have not been impressed by the quality. My husband loves to spoil me, but the last two times my flowers have not bloomed. They have just wilted and died. I didn’t get to enjoy them.
