I stopped in the bakery earlier this afternoon, only to be totally ignored by the three staff members present. Don't like the layout. Staff not friendly.
I am thoroughly disgusted with this store's "lack of" customer service and management! Went in for a dinner for 4; meal was not what I ordered, not even close, and when I tried to have it fixed, the employees simply said 'No'. As in, that is the ONLY ENGLISH WORD THEY SPOKE OR KNEW! After multiple failed attempts to have it fixed, I asked for a manager, and was again told "No". Ordered my daughter's birthday cake and paid for it online. Scheduled for pick up 5pm-7pm got there at 6:45pm to pick up her cake that I was so excited about. Didn't get made. After everyone looking for it and the manager coming back and telling me to pick a cake and they can write on it. Thankfully I didn't let my daughter pick out her cake and then bring a cake to her party that was not what she picked out. Have a nice selection for my grocery needs. Organized items and clean store. Most staff I encountered were friendly and willing to help when I wanted to find a certain item. They have some indoor plants for sale, a bit pricey than others but they seems to be healthy and well taken care of so that's the advantage.
