Wow... what a disaster... I ordered groceries yesterday online... I tried 4 times and it kept rejecting my order. I emailed through the Hyvee app and was told the didn’t accept my Visa card... to contact my bank. I again tried last night and put in my credit card... this morning I was charged 4 times on my debit and 1 time on my credit card all for the same amount.. after phoning my bank and local Hyvee.. got it straightened out... then I noticed delivery address was wrong...! Big shout out to Hy-Vee thank you Shawn McKoon. I did not receive all of my online order and they delivered it my house in Dallas City. Hy vee has awesome customer service. Keeping customers happy by doing the right thing.
I went to the New Starbucks this morning at 9:00 am and the girls that were working did amazing and they were busy. Big shout to I think her name is Lindsey she was the one taking orders and on the register. She was great. ��
I like to shop at HyVee. I like the selection. I like that they have fairly decent prices. What I hate more than anything is their baggers! Good god do they train these people? I ask for paper every time. It’s a square bottom, easy to pack right?? Never there!!! The concept of heavy verses breakable eludes all baggers. Today it was 5lb bag of flour next to Doritos and then coffee creamer. In what universe Hy-Vee does that add up? My Doritos are now crumbs.
