Hope to speak to someone regarding the worst experience I ever had in a retail store! I shopped at Hy-Vee for 15 years always was my favorite store. Lee Summits, OP, etc but Englewood's employees must of changed...cashiers great but supervisors and manager Jen ruined my experience there....had no concern of correcting it and now my kids have no Halloween candy for daycare party and JM late picking kids up from daycare BC the supervisor didn't know her job and Jennifer was too busy to help fix it...took her 10 min after the s... read more
I love HyVee! Always have. Their employees actually approach you with a greeting or help offering. Very clean and organized. Way too much wonderfully yummy cakes and pastries and breads in the bakery I can't resist. Excellent butcher department.
Disappointed on the market grille. Had about 3 really horrible breakfasts eggs undercooked, skillet breakfast limp watery hashbrowns. Tried lunch 3 times as well and had the BEST chicken wings but not today. I ordered colossal wings with hot sauce. served to me with no sauce. I sent it back and they literally dumped the sauce over the wings. It was "swimming" in an ocean of sauce instead of "tossing" the wings in sauce. It wad so gross. Horrible presentation. The pikachu event was amazing...keep it up. The Market Grill was disappointing...but understand lack of business forces changes. Perhaps you could run a mid week "Night at the Grill" featuring one or two menu items with full service wait staff to draw people back? so you can open it again like Liberty's.
