No more Hyvee for me. I have nothing good to say about them. Not. A. Thing. I’ll be taking my hefty 7 family member grocery shopping right back to Price Chopper where they treat people well. Plus, they are cleaner, more reasonable on pricing, and don’t treat their employees like crap. Enough reasoning for me to take my business elsewhere.
Recent pick up order was ready 45 minutes late, was missing an entire bag, and had a yogurt product in it that expired back in April. Nothing was offered for compensation other than them refunding the total of the items that were in the bag they missed. Will not be returning here.
Recommendedi wish customers would wear masks and social distance but the employees are great
Huge shout out to Hy-Vee!! I used the order online and curbside pickup option for the first time. The curbside employee was wonderful. She had my groceries out to me and loaded into my vehicle within just a few minutes. For an employee that was obviously super busy, she was also super efficient and very pleasant. Way to go Hy-Vee!!!
Great produce, meats and Bakery. I've never shopped at Englewwod, only Prospect and Liberty. I assume they are the same. I tried to get my first delivery today. This is the closest store to me now. I live 3.1 miles from them, they don't deliver in my area.
Tried pick up service tonight order was incomplete. My husband went in the store and found several items that I had to try to order for pick up. Don’t understand what happened. But costumer service did apologize for being out of stock on certain food items and incomplete pick up order and very nice about it. Most important my husband notice that this Hy-Vee vs the Liberty Hy-Vee was not making the extra effort as Liberty Hy-Vee in cleaning the check our belt to put your food on and most employees not wearing mask to mention ... read more
Inconsistent and wildly unorganized. Overmatched by demand, lack of communication starting at the top. General managers and regional managers have not prepped their stores whatsoever for the type of delivery business they want to conduct. Some days are great, most days are frustrating struggle. Maybe growing pains, maybe learning curve.
