I shop here all the time and have for 3 years. The staff are always really nice, and very helpful.
The ladies in floral are amazing!! Pat and Connie worked with us for our wedding flowers, and they nailed it. We clicked from the get-go, and I could not have been more pleased! They made it all so much easier to get done. We’re from out of town, and they really went above and beyond with us to make sure we got what we wanted. I texted them randomly, asking for more or less arrangements and changing the order altogether, and they did it all no problem. Wonderful people, and our flowers at our wedding were just beautiful!
Don't ask any questions or for help. Between the fresh meat and bakery asked for help and was offered to basically help my self. Was treated unkindly and like I was bothering them. Gave up half way thru my list and just checked out. Friendly smile in every isle? I finally found a hyvee less than 15min from me and it was disappointing. Back to PriceChopper and Aldis or shopping by work and praying nothing melts on the 20 min drive without traffic.
My friends who work here get harassed and nothing gets done about it. This store is a mess.
There couldn't be nicer people in the store! Everyone was genuinely happy to see us and we met some of the most interesting shoppers! The dairy manager, Chase was very helpful and made this one of the best demo's Borgman's Dairy has ever had. Thank you Hy-Vee! Happy Thanksgiving!
