Very nice employees! Especially Loren in the meat dept. and the managers are great too!
I have checked prices in newly redone store. Most are around 20% higher than in "old" store. For the privilege of shopping in a remodeled store, we are paying for it. I appreciate the ambience, bubut when three groups of people walk out of the new cafe after looking at the menu prices (I heard their comments), remember Hy-Vee, it is still a cafe in a grocery store. I still like some of the stores, but some of your shoppers are trying to buy groceries, not have a shopping experience. And, Gateway is close buy!
New Market restaurant is a winner...at least once a week...reubin is great!
My experience is that Hy Vee service is outstanding!
Remodel is looking great!
