This Hy-Vee used to be great, but has steadily gone downhill. The issues are with what seems to be the newer staff. The folks that have been working here for a while are great, super friendly and extremely helpful. The more recent staff additions don’t care about customers, are rude, inefficient, and argumentative. They have violated Hy-Vee’s price policy (item rings at price on shelf or it’s free) and then proceeded to argue at the checkstand over it. Poor service in Market Grille area. Not the first time. Get ur act together -maybe put less $$ in advertisements and get ur service down first-word of mouth will spread. People will come for good timely service.
