It’s truly saddening when there are markers posted at every register that say to please stand back while the registers are sanitized between customers and it has never once happened in the many many times I have been in the store since they were posted. When you ask them if they are going to do it they say “oh no it’s fine” no it’s not fine for the customer or for the employee. This is a serious matter; people are dying!
Recommendedone stop for everything that you need, prices are good and you can't beat the variety. Deli is crazy, soup and salad bar, pizza, Chinese food at a very reasonably price and the daily specials are unbelievable.
I have been going to HyVee for many years. the kindness of the staff is outstanding they're always willing to lend a helping hand :-)
Friendly staff! When I looked perplexed trying to find holiday ice cream, one of the employees asked me what I needed and went on a search for it. Also, the cashiers and baggers are always very friendly!

Kudos to this Hy-Vee Store for excellent customer service! Not only were my sister and I greeted by store personnel throughout the store, but many stopped to assist when my sister became ill while shopping. Special shout out to Steve, Wine/Beverage Manager!!
