We had a produce issue and they sent someone out with new produce and a few awesome extras. We didn't expect the extras at all. This company has the best customer service I've ever experienced!!

Very annoyed right now with HyVee. I don't like the check out process When I get to the check-out, I am busy emptying my cart, asking questions about one or another item I'm buying, giving them my HyVee card to get gas credit and discounts, I don't always notice they are already putting all my stuff in plastic bags. With plastic bags, by the time I get home, at least half, if not most of my groceries have left the plastic bag behind, making it necessary to re-bag everything at home to get it in the house. I was so impressed with my shopping experience today that I had to share. I visited the store at 3 pm on a weekday and it was busy. I came in with a list of things I wanted and the store had every thing in stock! Including the on sale items. Which I thought for sure would be sold out. I got home and washed my blueberries and green beans. They are the best produce I've ever bought! Not a blemish on any of them.
