After another local grocery store mysteriously threw away our Christmas eve dinner, the HyVee management threw together an incredible meal at the very last minute last night. I cannot express the customer service and thankfulness I have for the store. Kudos!!
Day before Thanksgiving it is expected for the place to be insane. Tons of people and parking lot was full but you walk inside and they have their stuff together! Had two employees asking if I needed anything. All registers were open and clear so I got in and out right away. The place was running like any other day. Yesterday I'm sure was one of the biggest grocery shopping days leading up to Thanksgiving and every store in town was busy. My quick trip to your store yesterday went fantastic!! Plenty of employees making sure the shelves were stocked, several more employees helping other customers find what they were looking for. Everyone was friendly, had smiles on their faces and just overall good moods. Every check out was open, with cashiers ready and waiting to help.
