We went to Hy-Vee twice yesterday. Not only did we get great deals on food for our family, we also saved a ton on gas for the car! When we were leaving, I noticed you guys have a Carolinas Cart for disabled individuals. I was so happy to see this as I am the mother of a disabled child who is too big to fit in regular carts. Amazing service, super friendly, easy to get in and out even during busy times. Makes going to Walmart extra painful after you have seen the possibilities.
Called the pharmacy a full week ago to get a prescription refilled. Was assured I'd have it this week. Called today to verify and not only did they not have the medicine in stock, they never filled my prescription. Hyvee used to have some of the best service, but I am a very displeased customer. I'll more than likely be taking my pharmacy business elsewhere from now on.
