Sure wish we had a Hy-Vee in Hillsville, Va. They are so much better than Food Lion & all our other grocery stores. Love them
I returned home from grocery shopping yesterday and realized they had put a miniature watermelon and avocados in the same bag. Since the avocados were ripe they did not fair to well. I called Hyvee and talked to Jen at the service desk and told her what had happened. She apologized and offered to have some delivered to my house! I declined because I knew I had to go back today. Great customer service!
Even though I live right next to a different grocery store I keep coming back to this Hyvee because of the employees! The customer service is worth every dime! Keep it up!

I just bought the $100.00 meat bundle from the meat department. I had ask if I was able to switch out the leg quarters since my family doesn't like bone in chicken. The gentleman working said that I couldn't but I could call the store manager and talk to him. I didn't find that it warranted a complaint because it was policy. I informed the gentleman that I needed to make a call and I would be back in a few minutes.
