The online experience was not good today. I did not receive notification of my order being ready within the window I was given and the team was simply disorganized. Time to retrain, refresh, meet timelines.
RecommendedRecently did an aisles online order. When is didn't arrive, I contacted hyvee. Talked to an amazing woman (sorry I'm terrible at remembering names) who figured out an error had happened. Not only did she fix the issue, but she had my groceries delivered!!! Super helpful and just a peach of a person to boot!!! Thank you for everything!!!
I like shopping at Hyvee they're always very friendly quick to help out with something the very few times anything is ever gone wrong they have been quick to fix it and make it right or compensate you for it
Very few employees wearing masks. Isn’t this the recommendation that everyone who is in public be wearing a mask to slow the spread and protect others? All schnucks employees are wearing them
Not having customers spraying their carts with the cleaning spray they have when you come in. I was walking out when a lady was spraying her cart and it went all over my upper body, my hair and eye and in my mouth.. Cant you have an EMPLOYEE doing this for customers????
Went early this am to get my daughter some milk and a lady stopped to tell me it’s senior only shopping, I told her I desperately needed milk for my child and I have to be at work, she continued with its senior shopping only, terrible customer service I could careless about senior shopping or a virus, when my child has no food to eat!!!! Worst customer experience I’ve EVER had!!!!!
ordered a 1/4 of sheet of cake and was given a half. didn’t realize it and i was already running late but because i paid for the cake and left i was told there is nothing they can do about it. great to know i paid $50 for a cake that will be thrown away, i know where i’ll NEVER step into again.
The prices keep going up and up. No wonder you can afford Super Bowl ads. Sad. You raise the price then put a sticker on the shelf that says low price! Wow.
Thank you to the lady working in the floral department that was very helpful with our son sending his girlfriend flowers for her first day at her new job! Gage suffered a severe brain injury in a motorcycle accident and is learning things all over again. She was very kind to him helping him to get the flowers he picked out delivered to her job today. I didn’t think to get her name but I’m thankful she was so kind.
