I have shopped at this Hy-Vee for years, but tried the grocery pick-up for the first time today. The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions, and when I was possibly missing something, she offered to have it delivered to my house in Center Point! Everything ended up being there, and I had a fantastic experience! The service was SUPER fast, even with a huge order!
This birthday cake they did for my daughter is outstanding! Freaking killed it! So happy! She will love it!!!!

Bakery - what I ordered and what I got were different and disappointing. I ordered from their website. Throwing a big 80th Birthday party for my dad and just arrived from out of state and don't have time to get anything else :(
Hyvee has THE best customer service. Last month, I called the Edgewood Rd store to find out if they still had state fair tickets, and the friendliest guy answered the phone. Told me they had plenty and would be happy to see me. Then gave me the names of who would help me out. Always happy to shop at and give my money to such a great company that not only treats customers well but also gives back to the community and our schools. Thanks Hyvee!
I have never had a bad experience at Hy Vee. Store is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a fantastic selection. We have never taken advantage of the aisles on line service until today, and I could not be more thrilled with the experience. I have been out of commission due to surgery for the last couple of weeks,so with my husband working and 3 kids shopping has become a bit of a burden. everytime order groceries from them they are constantly out of product we order. also usually when they deliver they forget some of the items. tonight I got charged for 60lbs of squash when I only for 2 squash.
DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS from the floral department. They did not fill the order with the correct flowers for a funeral. Just used cheap fillers and when we complained they said they ran out of those flowers and it looked good enough. Manager Kyle said "beauty was in the eye of the beholder," and that it was fine. Arrangement paid for by 5 people, when they FINALLY said they'd refund some money, they gave one Hy-Vee giftcard and said we'd have to work it out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
